Very impressed with customer service!

Would order again and again from my Husbands needs. Extremely fast regular shipping. Was very surprised.

Recently I placed an order for my mother who we were planning on bringing home from the nursing home. Unfortunately my mother was not able to return home from the nursing as planned. HDIS customer service was great about returning my order.

I get what I need delivered to my house in unmarked boxes.

Being a double amputee, I spend a lot of time in my wheelchair. This cushion is very comfortable. I am also very short(no pun intended) and this helps lift me up to function better. All in all, an excellent product.

I am dissatisfied with the cost of the product. I can purchase locally for less than on this site.

A great addition to my house fit in the tub perfectly no problems

We totally enjoy using HDIS because we feel confidence in keeping our privacy, and we don't have to worry about "out-of-stock" issues. We are thinking of auto-shipments because we are so "stop-and-go" customers because we run out of our needs and go back to buying locally, which we prefer not to do!
