The product is good but the packaging is excessive.

I first purchased four of these seat pads about 10 years ago. With careful rotation and washing, I got over seven years' worth of use from them. When the time came to use this type of pad again, of course I ordered them from HDIS. Prompt, courteous service, as always, but, wow, has the quality changed! The pad is thinner, the backing is not as robust, and I doubt I'll get as much use from these as I did from the "good old ones." I realize this is not HDIS' problem, but you might want to get a different product shot so buyers don't think they're getting what's pictured on the website. Thanks!

They are no better than what I can get at the local drugstore. I had assumed from the "dry" reviews that urind woudl not leak into the bedclothes with there. But it did, just the same.

Reassure products are of high quality and reasonably priced. Shipping is fast.
