Good and timely service

The items we delivered on time and just what was advertised.

Received my order in a timely manner.

I placed an order from HDIS using their website, and requested shipment to my home address. HDIS shipped my order via Sure Post to an area Post Office, which does not deliver to home addresses, and the order was being returned to HDIS. It took three days to locate and retrieve the packages. HDIS website does not give the customer the options of choosing shipping methods preferred. After this fiasco, I understand the customer needs to order from HDIS via telephone call if you want to specify shipping methods. I'm still unsure of HDIS' shipping practices. Confusing to say the least and aggravating trying to chase down packages through the Post Office system.

They sent my order to my billing address instead of my shipping address but other than that there a good company

I am very pleased with the fast service. I am also happy to get the item I needed at a reasonable price. Thanks for a job well done.

I found that ordering the sample pack & following the directions was a great help.
