Outstanding trainer.

HCI has a well researched and thought out systematic process to carryout Strategic Workforce Planning. The class was excellent. Our instructor led us through step by step with research and case studies that supported each step. I will be incorporating the HCI model into our overall talent management efforts. I highly recommend this class!

The Learning and Leadership Development Strategist (LDSS) certification program was one of the best learning experiences I've had in a long time. Our facilitator, Howard, was engaging and insightful. I enjoyed learning what other industries and companies are doing in the leadership development space, and was able to use these ideas to generate meaningful conversations with my team.

The class was well taught and extremely informative. Although it was virtual, there was so much engagement and interactions. I will definitely utilize the HCI and there modules and certifications in the future. Well Done HCI!

There are a ton of vendors out there, but I don't know that I've ever seen one this top notch. My first experience with HCI will definitely not be my last.

Overall I thought the conference was good. A few of the presentations seemed to drift a little far from the original topic but overall very interesting and informative.
