More opportunities for repetition. There's a lot of information to digest--especially during the 1st afternoon session. It would help if we were given an opportunity to briefly practices those principles to reinforce the next day.

The Strategic Workforce Planning course was great. The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging even using a virtual platform.

Would love to see more workshop sessions

This is a great meaty session for HR leaders looking to become more strategic or HR generalist who want to incorporate strategic approaches to their role into the day to day.

Excellent 3 day training session. I recommend at various times throughout the day to have people stand while they're being trained. All topics were very interesting and I gained great insight. Mark did an excellent job presenting.

Wish there had been far more details and practical information, and far less hypothetical work. 40% of the class was working on examples (that were not useful) rather than providing more detail. The class was VERY expensive to have spent 40% of it 'learning' from other students who were equally clueless. The exercises were laughably unhelpful...the blind leading the blind. The examples provided so few detail answers could be completely made up and still be considered correct. More of the discussion focused on the confusing questions/examples than the course content. NOT how to learn. If you want exercises to be helpful, it should be a well thought out/detailed case study that students read BEFORE attending, then work through as a consistent thread throughout the class. I wish you had provided more real world examples of when and how this has worked also, as well as more practical coverage of the "how." I went into the class already understanding the process conceptually - I was hoping for the nuts and bolts of how...this class failed to provide a lot of that to the depth needed. It was an ok class, but very underwhelming for the price tag. The instructor was nice, seemed knowledgable, and did an excellent job of trying to keep the class engaged despite the virtual format.

The information presented was diverse and covered many areas of Human Resources. It was a good overview. I especially liked the additional resources the instructor provided. All questions were answered. I enjoyed the group activities.
