Delivery and packing of orders are great. Ordering is an easy process. I would give 5 stars, but often I do find out that items have been replaced by alternate items or there had been times when an item is no longer provided by HMD and I do not find these out until my order arrives. It would be helpful to know that ahead of time so I can make some other arrangements.

Absolutely none of the information was…
Absolutely none of the information was updated for my mother. Multiple phone calls and zero got accomplished and now we have three months of pads that can’t be used.
