Constantly different excuses when I asked why I'd not been sent supplies. Two months after surgery, they finally sent me a box. A month after I'd asked the account to be closed because they couldn't get their act together. Mercy Supply and Providence had my box in the mail the same day I initially called them. HCD NOT RECOMMEND!!
