I had replied to the two week in advance notice that we would need diapers and was told when they would be sent. But they never arrived and when I checked online it kept saying that they were going to be shipped that day. Last month we had totally run out of diapers before we received our order, too. Finally, I submitted a complaint and they were shipped. Shipping now takes much longer than it did in past years.

My shipment came on time. Customer service was awesome. The representative was knowledgeable.

Customer service is top notch. I never have an issue that isn't solved right away. I love this company.
