Preparation of product, Communication with staff - customer service is all good. However, the product is poor, wait, no, Very Poor! The Prevail medium briefs fit like a thong - Too small. And the large are so large they are almost at chest level. According to the size chart on the package, mu daughter isn't even on the chart. Therefore Prevail doesn't even have a product that will fit my daughter. So frustrating!

I have had great and timely service since being with home are delivered.
