My urological supply package was missed delivered. I was contacted by HCD and left a voice message to please return their call. I returned their call only to speak with an agent that had no idea what was going on. Very inexperienced. After several minutes, I was placed on hold. When the agent returned, the agent stumbled over her words and could not tell me what the problem was. Eventually a supervisor assisted on the call, and after 20 minutes, I was instructed that a new package would be sent.

I always get my orders on time and reminders when it's time for the next orders

Products sent in a very timely fashion. Have no complaints.

Home Care Delivered is the best, they send my order out and about the time I get a shipping notification it has already arrived. The only bad thing I would have to say is that they have moved to a 3 month supply and thats a lot of boxes for me at one time, but they are fast and very professional

I always receive my order promptly to my door. I like the prompt service in receiving my order in a timely manner. This company provides excellent customer service. I am very pleased with their service.

Always courteous on the phone. If I have a question they answer it. All in all everyone I have spoken to has been polite.
