They were a good company to work with. My supplies were always mailed out on time, unfortunately I never got them. They use Fedex as their shipper and my package was never delivered on time. If I wanted to get it I had to reroute them to a Dollar General, which is a 20 mile round trip. I tried to keep this company by calling them to find out if they could use a different shipper and the answer was no. So I had to switch to Gaboro who ship's USPS now I'll get my supplies on time.

Their trustworthy. The briefs fit comfortably.

I’ve been using HCD for my ostomy supplies four years now and have been very satisfied with the service. I appreciate the texts each month asking if I’m ready to reorder. If I need to change my order, all it takes is a quick phone call.

75% of the time I do not get my new sensors in time and have to go a day or two without! Once it was a whole week! they do not ship on Saturday or Sunday so if your ship day falls on the weekend they ship Monday NOT Friday so your going to get your sensors late and that happens a lot. Also if they say to you we will call you Don't hold your breath! that call will never come!
