It’s perfect I ordered it for my girlfriend and it came as expected with a little long shipping but that was expected and said. But when I opened it wow it was made super well!

My partner got me some earrings for my birthday and they were the clip / Huggies type earrings. Sadly one of them became loose, the clasp didn’t work and the earring wouldn’t close. My partner contacted them immediately and explained (I’d only had them for a few weeks). Immediately they sent out a replacement product and I am so impressed with the customer service. Sometimes when these things happen you end up with a fight on your hands! Thank you!

The process was easy and the product very well designed and good quality. It would have been nice to have the mention of the 18kt Gold with the product. Also there is a QR code on the company card with a discount off the next product. I would have liked a card to give with the gift without this. Just looks more professional to have a smaller calling card with more details of the jewellery or company. But loved product

My daughter announced only days before her birthday she’d love a necklace like coleen Rooney had with her kids names on it . I searched the web & found this amazing company! Although the lead time was a very important factor, her husband had already dismissed some companies she’d suggested , as the font wasn’t too clear… HBD pics looked amazing! We paid £10 for express,2-3 days including postage - which was incredible, given its custom made! It arrived on my daughter’s birthday & she’s absolutely delighted with it! I will use this company again & again!
