Not only did the Hazelton's staff call me to confirm my order they were super informative! My package arrived at it's intended location but the birthday girl was thrilled with her assortment of chocolates and cute bear!

Ordered a "Chocolate For Everyone" gift basket. When the person we sent it to shared a picture of what was received, we were shocked. The nice looking, premium gift basket instead arrived as a cheap mix match of low quality store bought items. After contacting support, the refused to do anything. They violated their own substitution policy as they neither "retained the overall atheistic" nor "substituted with equal or greater". Recommend to avoid this company, particularly given the bad review across the internet, which I wish I read before ordering.

I’ve only ordered with them once, which is why I can’t confirm they’re a quick money-grabbing scam. But after ordering one simple option, from what seemed as a beautiful ‘Coffee Truffle & Spirits Gift Set’ consisting of a bottle of liquor (wine) which came with two 2 Astana (Snifter) Glass Cups and a box of Laitière Coffee Truffles, the recipient received Tru Fru chocolates (which are at least 1/3 of the price of the truffles which were supposed to be in the package) and gummy bears. The main problem with this is that the recipient was the CEO of an important company, which is now pretty embarrassing for me. The glasses were also of a different kind. I Can’t be sure if the beverage was the right one I paid extra for an upgrade, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t, considering that upon reaching out to costumer service, in their semi-automated replies, the excuse they used was that they were out of stock and didn’t have enough time to consult with me, which would be understandable if they had replaced the items with alternatives of the same price and sort and if it was a rush delivered when they did have all of 5 days since I ordered to reach out to me. A little detail: it cost over US$140!!! There is no common sense and zero respect for the costumer. I would stay away from this company, and just to be sure, also from all included in The Gift Group as it seems they have no grasp their business revolves around special gestures and moments when, as far as they've shown to me, all they care for is to take the money and run.

Omg...PLEASE do not order from this site. You are not going to receive the products/ gift basket you ordered. I order custom birthday gift basket with 12 items and they only delivered two correct items and rest of the items they substituted with items that were not even close to what I had ordered. I sent them an email and they asked my go to their site and read their substitution policy. So the conclusion is that it really doesn't matter what you order, they have right to substitute the items and fill it with whatever they have in stock.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE>

The gift selection was great and I loved the customization options. However, I wasn't a fan of the money transfer process. I almost gave up while trying to set it up, but did eventually complete the transfer successfully after not being able to find better options out there given the short delivery time I committed to. Overall, I loved the product selection and my mom really enjoyed her gift.

Ordered a France themed gift basket and paid for wine & chocolate upgrades. What was received was disgraceful - half of the items looked like they came from a gas station. Potato chips & pretzels. I paid extra to pick a specific rose for the basket. A cheap red wine was given. Completely unacceptable.
