Everything went well in FRANKLIN TN . WE BOUGHT OUR CONSOLE FROM CHELSEA . CHELSEA MADE OUR BUYING EXPERIENCE FRIENDLY AND EASY . two men who delivered and assembled the console were polite , attention to detail , and friendly . The delivery was a new subdivision in Smithville without Google lacking directions . Thanks to all people involved .

We ordered 3 small end tables which were nice however we returned as they did not match well when we placed in our living area. 2 issues: (1) Salesperson NEVER mentioned any charge ($100) for delivery otherwise we would have picked up for free. (2) Their delivery was horrible. Driver drove on both my lawn and neighbor's damaging neighbor's poles. They did this twice!

Absolutely the worst company to do business. "Top Drawer" service, I don't think so. Their warranty support - parts & service is horrible. No urgency, care, or concern for the customer. Never Again!

Brennan was helpful and wasn’t over bearing as some sales people can be. I love our new Keaton sofa.

Sales help from Brennan Kirk was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the products and no pressure as he helped us find what we were looking for. We bought a leather sofa & loveseat last weekend and they were delivered without any problems.

We had absolutely wonderful experience working with Darlene Murphy in Sales and Rickie Scott, our Design Consultant. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly. Darlene Murphy, Sales Consultant, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire sales process — answering all of our questions, keeping us informed, and making us feel confident every step of the way. Rickie Scott, Design Consultant, brought exceptional creativity and design expertise. Her ability to translate ideas into precise 2D and 3D layouts helped us see our space before committing. This includes accurate furniture placement, scale, flow, and before and after visualizations. She hit a home run with the bases loaded when we looked at the transformation she created. Together, they made an amazing team and turned the entire experience into something enjoyable and stress free. I’m so grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend Darleen and Rickie to anyone looking for excellent support and beautiful results. Sincerely, Mike & Catherine

The salesman couldn’t get off his chair, however he would point furniture we could look at across the store but never walked over to check on us. We went over to another store and brought $7000 plus. Maybe you should train your people the customers do have questions but needs a salesperson to answer. POOR or NO customer service. We felt he thought we couldn’t afford your store, we certainly could!

Bought a Beauty Rest Black mattress from them. The mattress broke down within 19 months. The warranty process is clearly against consumers. While the bed has a highly visible large dip, Havertys declared it was normal wear and refused the claim. Told me to sleep in it for 3 more months. I paid $30 to have this garbage hauled to the county dump. Never trust Havertys again.
