Pull Out Tie Rack Was Damaged
I ordered a pull out tie holder. When it arrived a couple of pins were bent. I took some pictures and sent an email notifying customer service that I had a problem. I quickly got a response saying that they would immediately replace the damaged item. Everything extremely quick and was very easy. These are great people to work with.
Response from Hardware Decor· Oct 21, 2025
Thank You! We are really sorry that got damaged and we are happy to fix that quickly for you!
