I had really good experience with that company especially with Russet. Communication was great: Russet was answering my emails right the next day. Shipments come on time, supplements are great. My cats didn't notice and keep eating food (They are very picky eaters) when I add supplements.

Great product, great customer service

I did not sign up for subscription yet they continue to send items. And not just monthly but every 2-3 weeks. They keep offering a % to keep. I request return information. They say returns are costly because I have to pay the shipping and then there is a restock fee. For an item that THEY shipped without my permission. I had to contact my bank to stop there charges. Horrible company taking advantage of the billion dollar pet market. 😥😥😥
