Great customer service
Great customer service, went back and forth with emails until we found a photo that works. Quick responses, very kind. The stamp came out so cute. My friend loved the gift!

I bought the super cute cloud and moon cat tree! My cats were obsessed with it!!! I docked a star off because honestly the instructions were bad. They should've done it in color or even had the actual pieces labeled. It came earlier than expected!

Not pleased
First, the product came missing a screw. Second, the moment I attached the fruit piece and my cat scratched/played with it it detached - the rope coating ripped off from the inside styrofoam at the base. I emailed Happy & Polly and am awaiting their response for a refund.

My cat loves her two leaf-shaped floor…
My cat loves her two leaf-shaped floor pads. I put them on top of the carpet and she laid on them right away. They may feel cool on hotter, muggier days but provide just a little extra padding without feeling heavy. I pick them up and toss them down anywhere! She doesn't like to lay on warmer materials. So the pink fluffy cat bed she won't go near, even w catnip. Perhaps when it gets colder...
