Our fountain arrived faster than expected. Was a little concerned about packaging but everything came in one piece. I hope they can find a different way to store the filter beads for travel because mine went everywhere when I opened the package up

The order I placed was never received and it was returned back to your company. Improvements and coaching are needed with communication about one’s order. For example, when I contacted your company they responded with “did you receive an email updating you on your order status”. I was refunded, but did not want to reorder due to my unpleasant experience.

Hi, After carefully reviewing your case and examining our communication records, it appears that your order was indeed dispatched to the local post office. Unfortunately, it seems that due to delayed collection, the package was returned to us as the sender. As a seller, we strive to maintain clear and transparent communication with our customers throughout the entire order process. Upon contacting our customer service team, you were asked whether you had received an email updating you on the status of your order. This inquiry was aimed at understanding if our notification system had effectively informed customers about their order status. However, it's clear that there's room for enhancement in this area. Your feedback regarding the need for improvements in this aspect is greatly appreciated. We genuinely value your feedback and take it seriously. We are committed to optimizing our services to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused you. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and please rest assured that we will work diligently to improve our service. Warm regards, Rose

I may have taken a long time to come in the mail, but the wait was so worth it. We love and miss our cat Wilbur, and the painting is perfect. I love being able to look at it and remember my baby. Thank you so much!

Half of my order hasn't arrived after a month. Everything else was great, but still haven't received one of my water bowls with seemingly no way to get updates.

Came quickly. Solid construction. Nice quality. Looks nice. Sadly, our kitten does not use it. But that does not reflect on the product. He doesn’t use cardboard cat scratchers either. My daughter liked ours so much she ordered one from Happy and Polly, a taller one, and her cat loves it.

We got the helicopter tree for Christmas. We have an area on the helicopter that already came apart on the carpeting. We will fix that easily I hope. One of the poles was busted when we got it so we tried to rig it up to still work but we ultimately had to request a new one. I did have to pay 10 bucks for shipping for the pole from China. And it did take a whole month to receive it. I would say 4/5 because of the area of carpet that needs reglued/stitched, and the 10 I had to pay for the shipping for the broken piece.
