You guys have tried to charge my card multiple times when I have already paid

I ordered Hanae over a month ago and I still have not received my product so I have to say it’s not a good review and I haven’t even gotten my money back for not getting a delivery. The question is, can I get my money back since I never received my product

I placed an order with Hanae on 9/25/2026 and haven’t received my order yet. Paid through Apple Pay but no merchandise received.

Delivery was sooner than expected. So far the product meets my expectation.

This serum is foolproof! I get plenty of serum, evenly distributed, and the spoolie helps brush it through my lashes. I just started so I haven't seen any results yet but I love the delivery system!
