This is a great company to go through for travel needs. I spoke with Shagar through WhatsApp, he was very quick and sent me very reasonable packages. He was also very transparent and made sure I understood everything. Will definitely recommend to others for Umrah and Hajj needs!

We had a wonderful experience with this Hajj Umrah travel hub. Ahmad was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He guided us in choosing the right air tickets, visa, hotels, and transportation in a very professional and thoughtful way. His knowledge and patience made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his support and highly recommend this agency for anyone planning their pilgrimage.

My experience with the Hajj & Umrah agency was very good, Alhamdulillah. Ahmed was extremely helpful from the very beginning—professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. They handled all the details with care, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Everything, from the booking to the travel arrangements, was well organized and delivered exactly as promised. The hotels in Makkah and Madinah were very close to the Haram, and there were no issues at all with the flight or hotel bookings. Overall, I truly appreciate the effort and service. One suggestion for improvement would be to strengthen their communication system. Relying only on WhatsApp is not always effective. When Ahmed became sick for a few days, there was no one else available to respond or take my calls. However, once Ahmed returned, he handled everything very efficiently and took great care of the situation. JazakAllah Khair, Ahmed.
