Excellent customer service
The salespeople are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I found them responsive to my calls and emails.

poorly designed
Power switch on the bottom near the floor in a recess and custom programming requires an instruction manual. Heart rate monitor doesn't work well with pulse watch, I regret buying this treadmill.

The delivery and set up was smooth and as promised. It's a great store have done business with them years prior.

Great experience in store. Couple guys on the delivery team were very unfriendly. Maybe just having a bad day.

Just one issue

Good service, but communication from delivery staff was non existent
My only complaint was that at no time did the delivery guys communicate with us. They showed up late. The were pleasant enough, but it was the first time when I didn't get a call from a delivery service letting us know an eta.

Product (Delivered bike with dead battery but service from Sales person (Greenwich,Ct) to service from home office (Joe) and Hollywood, FL was excellent.
