The person had had the opportunity to deal with was very courteous and took the time to show me the route to my locker and took me all around in person. She wasn't feeling well but did not act like and made me feel very well.

When things are all thought out and streamlined, you can tell the difference. I walked up and shared that I found them online and had a quote drafted. They were able to pull everything up that I provided before walking in. My bill was itemized and explained to me before my first payment (small prorated section and then the standard month's fees). I was coached on how I get access to my unit and invited to add on any supplies (gotta have a lock) before getting started. Great attitudes and no confusion at any point. That's exactly what I needed.

Conveniently located. Confident our stored items are in a secure location. Would recommend this location. Easy access in and out. Clean. Great staff, all very helpful and informative.

Suzanne has always been extremely helpful and very pleasant. In our final stages of moving from our home and needing another last minute storage unit, she scrambled to help us and found one to accommodate our belongings. We are very pleased with Guardian Storage and the exceptional customer service we have received from Suzanne! We highly recommend Guardian.
