Garden State ordered just the "right" white beveled tile to match my cabinets. The total look is beautiful!

The people in the "store" acted like they couldn't care less that we were there. Then, when my contractor picked up what we ordered, it was the wrong thing. Guess if they cared they'd get the order right.

Totally unacceptable! We cannot apologize enough. GST is grateful for your candor and assure you that this is being immediately addressed. Service is our signature and regrettably unrecognizable in your transaction. If there is anything at all we can do for you, please reach out to [email protected]. Hopefully, you will offer us another opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to service!

I worked with Janet in the selection of tile for my powder room. She was personable, professional and a talented designer. I could not have done this job without her direction. When the trim tile was damaged Garden State took it back and insured that it was replaced immediately.

Thank you Pat! What a wonderful testament to Janet's talent. Sorry for the trim snafu but we will always work hard to make it right! Thanks for choosing Garden State Tile.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Garden State Tile. The showroom is beautiful and very easy to navigate - the displays are clean, organized, and constantly updated. We were impressed with their array of options and absolutely love what we selected. Our questions were always answered immediately and the Saturday hours were very helpful. Our tile arrived right when they said that it would and was a very easy process. The tile went in yesterday and we can't get over how great it all looks!

Thanks Leslie! We are so pleased you took the time to share your experience. Wishing you much happiness with your new tile design.

We appreciate the shout out Lori. We think Dr. Fix-it's Home Design Studios is pretty fantastic too!

I needed to replace some pool tiles that had been discontinued. Garden State Tile helped me pick out new complementary tiles. They arrived quickly and for a fair price.

Thanks for letting us know. Sometimes those repairs can be most difficult! We are so glad we were able to help.

great selection , sales rep was outstanding, no pressure, went out of their way to help me make a decision. Would not hesitate go back to them for another project. Had a great experience. I had gone to a few other places , won't have to do that next time, I'm going straight back to Garden State Tile !!!
