Completed onboarding and a trial with Growrk and their customer support team. GroWrk Platform is very detailed in product history and chain of custody, support is always there for quick responsive and support. Special shoutout to Paul M. who was invaluable during the process and got all our answers and problems resolved.

This company spammed my personal email address attempting to gain work from me. As I never use my personal email address for work this is a hard strike against them.

As an IT analyst, I’ve worked with a lot of service providers, but Growkr has really stood out. We’ve used them across Brazil, Mexico, the US, and Europe, and honestly, they’ve been fantastic every step of the way. They take amazing care of our computers—everything is delivered in perfect condition, set up properly, and ready to go. It’s such a relief to know I don’t have to double-check everything myself! Their delivery times are fair and, most importantly, consistent. I never have to chase them down or wonder when something will arrive. For example, when we expanded our team in Mexico, they handled the equipment logistics so smoothly that it felt like they were an extension of our own team. What I really appreciate is how responsive and approachable they are. If there’s ever an issue or last-minute request, I know I can count on them to help without making me feel like I’m asking for too much. They’ve made my job so much easier, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

The team and my account manager are always quick to respond, flexible, and transparent with how they resolve our needs. GroWrk has done a great job at being the leader in expanding their scope for the places I need equipment purchased, stored, and maintained. I've had experiences of employees who are remote and traveling in all sorts of locations be able to get replacement equipment in a convenient way because of GroWrk's wide network and quick responsiveness.
