Grill CollectionReviews of grillcollection.com

Back ordered item. Grill collection gave options and kept me informed of the status.

I received my grill going on 3 weeks ago. It was damaged when it arrived, and I’m still waiting for instructions to exchange it. It probably would have been easier just to ask for an exchange because it’s taking so long ever since I reported it as damaged. UPDATE 6/28/2021: Still no grill…

Amazing customer service and communication! Quick shipping! Will definitely order from them again!

Everything was excellent

We received very personal customer service. Starting with the chat feature on the website, I was able to find out that the grill I wanted was in stock. I received a phone call about the order and was told that the grill would ship in 1 to 3 days. My daughter and her husband received the grill we sent as a house warming gift in 3 working days! Incredible service and great product. BTW very competitive pricing.

Exactly as ordered and fast delivery; arrived well wrapped and protected... My Everdure Furnace bbq grill is awesome and performs as advertised!

Excellent handling of order
