Nice company to deal with, very satisfied with products. However, I paid extra to get UPS shipping instead of USPS shipping and instead got USPS priority mail, didn’t want it shipped thru the regular mail.

My bottle of CBD came during a warm spell in the mail and caused several gel tabs to melt. The moisture in the bottle still causes them to stick together.

Hi Rachel, We're sorry to hear that - the Endoca salve is a favorite around here! We do have a guarantee on everything and it sounds like an internal product may be a better fit for you. Please give us a call or send over an email and let us help you find a better solution! 888-772-7875 / [email protected]

I attempted to purchase on your July 4th sale you site would not take credit card info I did not get my discount had to wait for next sale
Response from Green Wellness Life CBD· Aug 13, 2021
Bridgette, I am sorry to hear you missed out on our sale. Due to internet Fraud we have many checks and balances in our system and sometimes a credit card gets flagged when it really is not fraud. We are happy to make sure you get a good discount the next time you call. I will make a note in your file, but make sure you mention it when you call. If you find this happens again in the future give us a call. We do process credit cards over the phone and we will always assist you and make sure you received the discount, even after the fact. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9 am to 4pm est. and sat 9 am to noon. 1-888-772-7875 Again apologies! Cara

Product is good but price is $10 higher than local source.
Response from Green Wellness Life CBD· Jun 10, 2021
Thank you for your response. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately we purchase direct from our manufacturers and they set the MSRP Price. Which means we are in contract with them and we have to honor their pricing. Not sure how your local source is able to sell at a lower price but they may have something worked out with the manufacturer. We do offer rewards program that you are able to accumulate points. It comes out to approx a 10% discount. Here is the link if you decide you need anything else from us . We are always happy to help. https://www.greenwellnesslife.com/rewards/ Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have more questions. Sincerely, Cara 1-888-772-7875

Great Sevice..good products..My Only Compaint Is That U Promise free Gum On Mt first order ..i have put in the promo code freegum22 And Not recieve anything free..I ended up buying the gum anyway..If u Promo ..then do it.
Response from Green Wellness Life CBD· Mar 22, 2021
Good Morning, I am sorry you had issues with the coupon for free gum. I have issued a refund on your order for the gum totaling $9.99. I took a look at the coupon you were given and it looks like you typed in extra characters for the coupon, which is why it did not work. I hope this clarifies and corrects the situation. Enjoy your gum and thank you for your business. Cara

So far I have used 3 patches and feel no difference in the pain. But I was contacted and offered something different that might help. I am happy with the professionalism of customer service. Very helpful. Hope the new product will work
Response from Green Wellness Life CBD· Jan 26, 2021
Carina, I am sorry you are not satisfied. Patches are not a great fit for everyone because they are tissue deep. The good news is that we guarantee all of our products and we will be happy to exchange them for something that fits your needs better. Give us a call at 1-888-772-7875 Mon-Fri 9am to 4 pm EST and we will be happy to help. Sincerely, Cara
