A refreshingly incredible transaction. Near instant turnaround and the owner personally called upon receipt to verify an address on the payment request as it had some potential issues that he wanted to be sure to avoid. If I had more phones to resell I would not even consider another firm. Greenbuyback is the new gold standard!

Excellent customer service. They answered all my questions. Gave me the best offer. The CEO himself exchanged emails with me to come to a deal. They pay for your shipping and pay fast, real fast.

First time using Greenbuyback. The system used for rating the condition of your items is simple with definitive descriptions so it's easy to pick one. No confusion. Pick the category your item belongs in, package it up, print the shipping label, attach it and send it off. Their email communication was great. PayPal deposit was quick. Painless way to declutter and get money for things that would otherwise just sit around.
