The shipping was faster than I expected. I got the Sakura pink mouse— I love it. It’s smooth, easy to use and customize. The scroll wheel is so quiet which for me is amazing. It’s only been a couple of days but I think I’ll be purchasing the matching keyboard :)

I had some issues. Customer service responded to me within a few hours of my request for assistance. I'm up and running, the keyboard is just beautiful and the keys are so soft and responsive. I love it.

The ear buds I recieved were just extremely uncomfortable to the point of flat out being unbearable.
Response from gravastar.com· Nov 3, 2025
Hi Mattew, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that you found the earbuds uncomfortable. Our return policy covers manufacturing defects and functional issues, as clearly stated on our official website. Since comfort can vary from person to person, we’re unable to process returns for reasons related to personal fit or comfort. There are different sizes of the ear tips, actually the shape design is common with all the earbuds in the market, like Apple. We truly appreciate your understandin. Best regards, GravaStar Service Team
