I am user of Ccomponent One an document bundle (PDF, WORD Excel). The Tools are very exciting an reliable. As a single developer the price is too high for me. Therfore it is not possible to buy upgrades. I wish that the price could adapted for users who nearly don't earn money with software sale.

i would have wanted to get a confirmation mail immediately after buying the upgrade, which i did not. but otherwise the overall experience was good.

Site is deceiving and pricing is a joke! Cant develop normaly and deploy. Pricing model makes no sense. They bait you with per domain when in actuality its per host. I know they know better than that. So the only thing it could be is bait and switch!!! Beware!

The sales and technical support are good. They managed to find my old license and let me know which version of ActiveReports I needed for VS 2017 which is my current development platform.
