The product descriptions and choices made comparison shopping easy. All parts of the shopping cart and checkout process were fine. I got transactional emails throughout the delivery process (DHL) letting me know the status and location of the package and through customs.
Response from GPD Store· Feb 5, 2026
Thank you for the detailed feedback! We put a lot of work into making our product comparisons and checkout process as clear as possible, so it’s great to hear that it made your shopping experience easier. We’re also glad the DHL tracking and customs updates kept you well-informed. Thanks for choosing DROIX!

its not bad but the stock fan curve is really loud, and it kept shutting off and rebooting by itself and causing issues, i had to research what was going on and apparently the SN770 that came in it needed a firmware update so i had to download another program for that but so far its doing better
Response from GPD Store· Jan 26, 2026
We are genuinely sorry to hear about the loud fan noise and the system instability you experienced with the rebooting loops. We understand how frustrating it is to have to research and perform a firmware update for the SN770 SSD on a new machine yourself. Regarding the status of your order: As per your previous communication indicating that you did not wish to proceed with our troubleshooting steps or send the unit in for inspection/replacement, we have gone ahead and approved your return request. We completely respect your decision to return the product, given the initial experience. You should have received a separate email shortly with the return shipping label and instructions. If you have any further questions or if you have changed your mind since the system is now running better, please contact us at [email protected].

I had a very good experience with this company, the item was received within the time frame stated on the website and it worked perfect. The only reason I did not give five stars was because the wording with shipping details, they need to be a little more clear, the reason I say this is because when reading the shipment details I thought my or was going to be shipped to warehouse where I had to pick it up and I almost cancelled my order, but I got a quick response from GPD explaining the shipping method and it was shipped to my home so great customer service on their part foir the quick response to my email and explaining how the shipment would be delivered. I would definitely buy from this company in the future.
