We used your service and it worked well. However, as a normal family, we have multiple devices but could only use your service on one at a time. This was too limiting. There are other services, which we also were paying for that allows 5 devices simultaneously. A better deal in our opinion.

I really liked using this system, but it quit working and would not load onto my new computer..so I just gave up using it. Robert

Generally okay. Was using it mainly to access Facebook, Google and Gmail in China. Depending on the day, could be frustrating at times to achieve a stable connection. However, I would rate it as generally ok.

Service stopped working with my windows 10 suddenly.

It has just been my experience that go trust works but is always slow and disconnects a lot.

Thank you for your feedback. Slow and intermittent connections are not typical of the service. We do have settings that can help with connectivity issues if you run into them. If you decide to try the service in the future and having any issues just contact [email protected] and let them know the problem you're having. They'd be happy to troubleshoot the issue you might be having.

I was not able to get GoTrusted connection up more than half of the time, even when the Wi-Fi was on and there was internet connection.

Once I connected GoTrusted my download speeds were reduced by at least 50%. Not sure why, but I validated it numerous times. I would watch the average download speed connected, and then disconnect it and watch speeds go back to normal.
