Had a problem finalizing my policy on line and called main number. Person answering on a holiday (Labor day) was cheerful and informative. She helped me complete my purchase and I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks Aegis for hiring competent and knowlegable personnel.

Applying on line was easy. I also called a couple of times and spoke to 2 different specialists. They both were kind, understanding, and answered my concerns to my satisfaction and understanding.

My problem was resolved immediately. The representative was very efficient and alleviated my stress after I realized I had entered the wrong trip amount.

4 contacts (one call, one chat and 2 emails) asking why my insurance does not show up under my Aegis account and never got an answer. Did get incorrect answers though - very unhappy. I actually wondered if the individual responding was English speaking because they clearly did not read my question.
