Needed to double coverage. Called the 800 number, got a representative very quickly and she took less than a minute to help me get the increased coverage.

I spent 900+ on travel insurance to cover preexisting conditions. We had to can and now im getting the runaround from their "claim agent: Cbp'zurich. Not a happy camper. They've had 26 days already but asked for more documents so now im at the back of the review line and should expect 15 business days to hear. THIS IS A SCAM

It is particularly important for me to have an telephone # where you can ask questions of trained and informed customer service staff. Not only did I have this but I received a prompt delivery of my paperwork.
