The team will cheerfully work on your hours to get a deal done while recognizing the challenges of running a business that needs funding for any reason. They are persistent without being annoying, and upon request will provide balanced information to help you make a decision about the loan you are looking for. It is still very much up to you to call out anything you see in writing that was not mentioned verbally. This is not a dishonest crew, but they move quickly and may miss mentioning details you could find important.
