Jeremy, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Your order was thoroughly looked into based on your order complaint. While responding with the confirmation of your images and the design chosen, you disconnected from our live chat. A follow-up email was sent immediately after. Your order was not printed incorrectly as the design choice " Custom FaceMash Blanket" was selected on your order. Because a photo of what you received has not been provided, we can only go by the print file we have in our system for your order. I have resent your order details to confirm your order selections. Please note that your images were meshed together as the design choice states. Additionally, the results of your custom blanket reflect the two images uploaded, which were one front-facing image and one image from a side view, which is why the faces are looking in opposite directions. We do not alter your images, we print what our customers upload for their orders. Again, I am very sorry you are unhappy with the results although we have extended the option of a new design with a replacement item and recommended that a new photo be provided both being front-facing photos for best results. Rest assured, a second follow-up email has been sent in an effort to resolve. Please email us directly for any additional assistance at [email protected]. Thank you. The PupSocks Team Antwanette
