These were the best surprise gift for my husband "from my dog". He was so thrilled and the picture came out great. Will definitely be ordering from here again .

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do apologize you were unhappy with your order. We strive for exceptional quality and hate that we dropped the ball with your special order. In the FAQ, we advise our customers to send pictures with good lighting and preferably a high-quality photo, to achieve the best results. We wanted to ensure your order issue was resolved, but we couldn't find any contact attempts. With that said, look out for an email from one of our customer service representatives. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team 🐾

The photograph of our puppy turned out perfectly, just the way we requested it to be cropped. I wish the socks themselves were made from a softer, higher quality material though. but overall, good experience. I'd use them again.

I placed an order (#2637730) for 1 pair of socks on November 24, 2021, then it was shipped on December 3, 2021 (tracking: 92748903029334543475122464) - and today is APRIL 29, 2022. I have been continuously emailing the team - and have had no response (I have the email proof). It has been 156 days since I placed my order. This is ridiculous. This review is my last effort - if there is no response, I will be reporting the business to the BBB, reviewing on other sites, posting on social media, etc. Please resolve this ASAP. ____ Update & Response to GoPupSocks: Everytime I email back, it says "Recipient inbox full Your message couldn't be delivered. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now." I have to resubmit a form on your website over and over. Additionally, the bigger problem is the terrible "solutions" provided to me. The options are: 1. Credit to site 2. Replacement sent out 3. Partial refund ("A refund can be processed minus a $9 customization fee per item.") Therefore, to clarify, after 6 months of no response to my messages (and now a response only due to my public review), PupSocks would only be able to provide a partial refund? Not a full refund? It only came to $27.74 - I am not asking for a lot. I would like a full refund.

Hi Taylor, Thank you so much for taking the time to write and post a review. I am so sorry that you have never received your order. It looks like the order was stuck in transit. I do see where a resolution was provided through email for you. Again, I am really sorry you did not receive the order and I hope one of the resolutions provided will be accepted. We look forward to your reply through email. Betsy The PupSocks Team

The customer service is terrible. I keep getting surveys to fill out and I am still waiting to receive the shipping information. Ordered on April 11, 2022 and the only correspondence is that they received my order. Also be advised very expensive for one pair of sock $45.00 and they are coming from China, which I did not relaize when I placed my order.

Hi Shawna, Thank you so much for taking the time to write and post a review. I have looked into the order and it looks like you were refunded and a new order was placed. The new order placed looks like it is stuck in transit. These custom socks are made in Atlanta, Georgia, not in China and I will have someone from our Resolution Team get in touch with you via email to provide you with a solution. So, please be on the lookout for an email. Thank you again for the review we greatly appreciate it! Betsy The PupSocks Team
