Adorable! My husband loved these fun socks with faces of our two kittens on them. They arrived after Christmas, but that was OK! It was a fun surprise for the week after. I ordered later than I should have!

I love my pupsocks! They are exactly as described in the ad. I also liked the way they kept me informed regarding the progress of my order. I've had a couple of friends that wanted the link so they could order some too.

Still have not received my order and have not received a response from the support team about what happened.

PupSocks over-promised and under-delivered. I ordered custom socks on 12 Dec 2021 for a Christmas present and received an email saying to expect the product within 8-10 business days. I received another email saying the product had been shipped but the UPS tracker said that the product had not yet been delivered to the shipper. As of 05 Jan 2022 the status has not changed. Customer support has been totally unresponsive. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I placed my order on 12/7/2021. Today is now 1/5/2022 and I have still not received my order. I have sent multiple messages to PupSocks inquiring about my order and I have still not received a call or message back. My experience with customer support has been non-existent, very frustrating.

Very disappointed in the final product of a blanket I ordered as a Christmas gift (which didn’t arrive in time for Christmas) I have sent two messages to customer service and have yet to receive a response back to a solution.

I was so excited to get these socks for my BF who LOVES his dog. You can imagine my disappointment when they arrived and we couldn't even tell what the picture was of. It was a dark shape that maybe resembled a dogs head but there was no face. Will not recommend or buy again!

My wife loved it! I ordered a blanket and socks of her favorite cat. The blanket is very soft and my wife smiles when she uses it. She likes it so much that she is ordering something similar for our daughter that loves her dog. Good stuff and well worth the cost!
