Very pleasant help. Fast and efficient to transfer my many prescriptions to another pharmacy. The cost is awesome as I dont have insurance at the moment, which really helps my budget.

I felt like I was doing a commercial. I was the cynical customer looking for "the catch." There was none! The person on the phone, Jacob, gave was very professional and gave me very succinct directions how to use GoodRx. A friend recommended this to me when I lost my insurance, and I am so glad I took her advice. For my prescription, I paid less than my normal copay. It's almost too good to be true. Thanks GoodRx. I'm not sure how I would have paid for my prescriptions without you. It's not a position I'm normally in.

Alexa was awesome helped me transfer my prescription, and walked me through setting up my online account so I can have access to my card. Customer service such as this is really hard to find these days.

The GoodRx representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to call because the pharmacy wasn’t giving me my discount. The representative called the pharmacy for me and then called me back with what transpired. I didn’t have to do anything. It was wonderful.

I called with a price question between regular GoodRx and the Gold. I had a brief choice selection and then a live person that was very easy to understand, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Everything was taken care of very quickly but I never felt rushed. I ended up calling back for a different matter and again I got a very pleasant live person and everything settled to my satisfaction. There were no digital assistants, robots, or stuff to wade through and waste time, they went directly to a live person. They deserve 5+ stars.

Good RX is a life saver and not just for their prescription discounts. My Godsend rep Yeseniya advised of a manufacturer discount that we didn't know about when two insulin medications were still too much for us to buy my husband's insulin through good RX discounts. Because of her he now has his insulin his insurance doesn't cover and which for diabetics is a life necessity. Literally life or death. We are eternally grateful!!! Thank you and all the best!!
