Joe was amazing! After a couple tries with my major feet issues. trying different inserts, he was persistent on finding the right one, which he did! Joe stayed over an hour after scheduled time to help me. He was so friendly, helpful and proficient. Thank you so much Joe! Jennifer

Walk in experience. Lindsey was our arch support specialist today, my sister and myself came in just to browse. I mainly wanted to come in for my sister who has severe foot issues and Lindsey took very good care of us connecting us with the right inserts and was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Tim was great. He was very knowledgeable, polite and listened to my concerns. He made sure all of my questions were answered and by the end of the session I was walking pain. Do not know why I waited so long to get this done.
