I felt compelled to post this - as it may give some of you hope. I ordered one of those life like dogs for my nephew 3 days ago via PayPal. I was then told by a family member that it was a scam so came on TP to research - my worst fears were confirmed. After reading all the posts I decided to email them (a collection of letters and numbers as an address) but had pretty much accepted it was a lost cause. Yesterday they emailed back - asked me why I was cancelling the order and I was honest (bad reviews/poor quality/not as described). They replied to say they were sorry to hear that and would refund the money. Well - unbelievably - I received a PayPal refund this morning. They may be scammers in terms of quality and false advertising, but on this occasion they dealt with my refund more efficiently than most online retailers do!

Tout simplement honteux. Je me suis fait avoir comme les autres clients face à cette publicité mensongère : Commande d'une magnifique poupée de 47 cm à 33 USD et reception (presque 2 mois plus tard) d'un truc hideux de 17 cm. En échange de mails avec eux depuis le 24 août, ils me proposent un remboursement qui est passé de 3 à de 15 USD. J'ai ouvert un litige sur PayPal et espère obtenir gain de cause et être remboursée intégralement. C'est honteux de voler ainsi les clients qui se faisaient une joie de recevoir un beau "bébé"et reçoivent cette horreur.

Thank God I read the reviews before I ordered 2 puppies for my granddaughters. They seen them on Instagram & Facebook & wanted the puppies & asked me to purchase them. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

I ordered a life like real baby .it took 2 months to get! It was the most horrible thing I've ever seen no bigger than I tv remote & so so ugly plastic doll . I'd say maybe worth 1$. And I paid around 50$ for it. Dont even try to get your $ back because it will never happen BE VERY AWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.ITS A CHINA SCAM... Which I could show you the pictures of it!

If I was able to write a review without leaving a single star I would I ordered not 1 but 2 reborn dolls I wish I could post a picture of what I was sent OMG when I tell you the quality on these dolls were Ter-ri-ble that’s what I mean I was so disappointed. This site is a joke.

I bought 2 Journey real lifelike dolls it cost $66.00. When the dolls came they were ugly, damaged, just a ugly white swaddling type clothes, nothing like the picture. They want to give me $12.00. The dolls are not worth $1.00 Would be glad to send pictures.

Though I did not order, I noticed in one of their ads (for the kitty) that they describe the body as cloth but then further in the ad they "stole" ad copy from a legitimate company, Ashton Drake Galleries. The ad then talks about a different material for the body. A legitimate company such as Ashton Drake, would not have such a poor quality website, spelling and grammar errors, and copy that contradicts itself. Even the copy for the kitty refers to it as a "posable monkey." I also noticed the websites all look the same for the reborn, puppy, kitty, and other "lifelike" dolls. The website(s) are full of little hearts, unprofessional fonts, flame emojis and more. ANY COMPANY THAT IS LEGIT will usually have a phone number and address to their corporate office ... these websites ALL have just an email for customer service that is usually a Yahoo or hotmail account. If you send them an email first, you will most likely receive a reply with poor English, etc. As far as a previous comment regarding PayPal... I quit using them years ago. PayPal began having complaints about receiving items other than described or purchased and the buyer's subsequent inability to secure a refund. The complaints were about the seller "proved" some product was delivered to the buyer. The buyer cannot prove they did not receive the actual item they purchased or that the item was not as described. PayPal complaints stated that the buyer lost these types of complaints. My concern now is that these scammers will see these reviews and make corrections to appear more legitimate. A final thought is most of these types of products seem to be targeting (me) through game apps ... so ... dont click on ads in games. Buyer beware ... if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Thank You, I have had an issue with paypal, siding in favor with these fraudulent companies, who refuse to make good with our purchase that thst is correct a.nd refuse to return or money. I will no longet use PayPal. Thank You for the reviews, I will not purchase the dog, for I do not want to br disappointed again.
