Used this company about a month ago and they were very professional, fast, and on time. They were able to help me expedite the move efficiently with no problems I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked their services to move my boxes across the country back in April, and they were scheduled to come get everything last Friday. My Dad waited all day at the pick up point, and they never showed up. I received calls from the company that the movers were an hour out, or again saying it got pushed back a little but they never showed up. They also never followed up or called me on Saturday to figure out what was going on. I tried calling the company line on Saturday, and it said they were closed on the weekends. I called back on Monday to figure out why my movers never showed up. It turned out they went to the wrong address, and no one ever called me or tried to remedy the situation. The company understood they were at fault, so they said the movers would show up today. The timeframe was supposed to be between 2-4 pm, and it's now 7 pm and they still aren't here. I was told to text the afterhours line in case anything comes up- I texted them twice today and have not heard anything back- I have had my phone glued to my hip since Thursday and I have not received an email, call or text to help remedy this situation. The only way I hear from anyone is if I call, and I'm typically waiting an hour because they have 40 other people expecting to talk to them as well. I am expecting a full refund for services not rendered. Save yourself the stress and heartache, and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
