Excellent prices, response to emails and ease of scheduling. I would highly recommend this company from a scheduling standpoint. I suspect the service when requested will be as equally excellent.

I was given a driver's name when I booked. I tried to confirm the ride with the driver a week before because I was going on a cruise and would be unavailable to make/receive calls. He responded to my text asking who I was but that was all. He never confirmed. I called him again the day before we were scheduled for our pickup and simply said he was not my driver and to contact fastpass. I tried to contact fastpass but couldn't reach anyone. I ended up getting an uber instead. Later I received a text from another person claiming to be my driver and saying he was on the way. I informed him that I already booked another service. I should not have to pay for this because fastpass gave me the name of a driver in my initial booking who actually was not my driver and who refused to help me figure out the situation. I couldn't risk missing my flight so I had to re-book on another service. After I was already at the airport I received another text from someone else saying my driver was on the way. Total scam.

The driver was early/on time and communicated when arriving. The van was very comfortable for our group of 8 and our luggage. The pricing for the 8 of us was equal or less than the big buses to and from the cruise port and we had the van to ourselves so didn’t have to wait for others.
