I’m giving it 4 stars as the original order came defective, so I sent a scathing email w pics about the silk screen had peeled off. They immediately replaced the shirt for my mother in laws Mothers Day gift. It looks great and she loves it. Thank you for caring for your customers.

I’d been tracking my order since I received the number. I was hoping to get it by Mothers Day. Nope. Tracking says it set in one city for several days. Finally it’s out for shipping. It never arrived. I checked again and the package was immediately returned to sender for “failure to deliver”. It was out for delivery at noon and headed back to wherever at 1pm.I contacted the company the very day and their advice was to go to the post office to stop the return. We contacted the post office immediately. Apparently tracking was so far off that they apparently tried to deliver prior. Not the day that it was saying on tracking. They said there was no address. What?!? I had to put an address in order to have it shipped. I contacted company again. It took four days to get a reply. Their response was “we throw out returned packages but we can give you a 40% discount to reorder”. Why should I need to pay for an error on your end? You didn’t put an address on the label. $40 is a lot to keep dishing out. I’m now waiting for a reply which will probably be another several days.

Very slow, I took a look at their "about us" information and it says their "creative office" is in Vietnam. I noticed a lot of bad reviews because sizes are smaller than US standards. Also, they ship with DHL which is a carrier between asia and the US. Don't be deceived by their Wyoming address. Whatever you order will be cheap crap from Vietnam, it will be overpriced, and it will take forever to get. Trying to contact them is a joke. Click on their "chat" window and you get no response. Just a message saying if you do not want to wait they will email you.

I am so happy with my shirt! It’s not the flimsy material that most places are selling now. This shirt will last! The personalization and sizing were perfect, the shipping was timely, and the price is great! I will definitely order again.
