My review sounds similar to others here. I've sent two emails without response. Ordered a sweatshirt and a t-shirt for my wife for Christmas. However, I received 2 t-shirts, but definitely paid more for the sweatshirt. The graphics are great, but I really was wanting the sweatshirt so she could wear it in the winter months

I will not ever purchase anything from this company again. The product doesn't look close to what is pictured on their website. Very cheap looking, I feel I need to apologize to my coworker when I give her the ornament. I had to send at least 6 emails before I heard anything back. The delivery time is ridiculous. I was so excited to get both ornaments I ordered but now am sorry I even ordered them.

I’m not quite sure what to think, I made an order a couple of weeks ago, and received one of the two items. Have no update about the second one, I have emailed twice and have gotten no response. These are for Christmas and I ordered in plenty of time. Hoping to still receive, but if not, I won’t order from the company again

loved the sweatshirt design. However, they sent me the wrong size. Initially I got a prompt response back asking for a picture to confirm the issue, which I sent them . After that they have been ghosting me. I have sent several emails with no response back . Very disappointed with the customer service

I was able to get a response to my order and the Company made it right. The quality was good and followed directions perfectly on the custom order ! Thanks for making it right and communicating 👍

Seems to be a scam to me. Order a sweatshirt and then a day later an email my order has shipped. However USPS only says they have printed a label and awaiting receipt of the product to ship. I have sent emails to them for a week and no response and they have no phone. Their website says my order has shipped and been received.

The shirt I received from Godmerch.com was the wrong one. It wasn't even the same style of shirt that I ordered. I have sent 4 emails over the past two weeks and haven't heard anything back. This company needs to have better customer service. They need to offer a phone number because the email system they use is worthless. I guess I will find a different gift to give because I am sure they won't get this fixed by Christmas if ever. I am updating my review because I was finally contacted by customer service and they sent me the correct shirt even though it was after Christmas. I am still only rating them 3 stars because they need to improve their customer service.
