I actually had my iPhone replaced by Apple for what they determined to be a manufacturing error. I never updated my policy with GoCare and wonder what would have happened if my replacement iPhone needed warranty service. Would it have even been accepted since it has a different serial number? Hmmm.

GoCare has been very responsive and proactive to make sure coverage is complete.

I hope I never have to use this service, but it's nice to have GoCare there. They have comprehensive plans at very competitive prices.

Less money and better coverage.

Answered my questions very fast! It's a good thing I haven't needed to use the service but great customer service! Excellent and highly recommended !
