I received duplicate packages two days…
I received duplicate packages two days in a row, why? No one will answer me in support. Like wtf? I’m not taking the time to return this if you people just sent me two packages. Especially after I’ve asked 4 times and informed you plenty and I’m ignored.

I appreciated the rapid response
I appreciated the rapid response I received from your team. Dr. Wong was especially helpful in processing the information I provided and in expeditiously issuing my prescription for tirzepatide. I did experience some confusion with the shipment from Absolute. On Friday, Aug. 7th I received an email "Your order has shipped" when actually only the UPS label had been printed. My order was not shipped until Monday, August 10th.
