Great Customer Service on a Water Pressure Regulator.
I received a water pressure regulator that did not work. I was lax in reporting it and missed the deadline for returning items. When I did report it, the customer service rep still sent out a new one right away and included a paid return shipping label for the defective one.

Very pleased with the build quality
Very pleased with the build quality. Also very pleased with the water after being filtered. Even in the shower you can easily notice the difference
