Fast approval and shipping. A quality company

I'm a healthcare professional and really debated whether to use my primary care physician or a telehealth option. I'm comfortable using remote care for other needs and Bioverse has been wonderful. Great service, was actually surprised to get my one month update reminder. The Nurse Practitioner reviewed my progress, made recommended changes and all has been great. Medication was delivered rapidly by their compounding pharmacy and everything has been 100% legit and patient focused.

These people have no customer service skills. They send out shipments prior to authorization. They take their time in shipping, when other companies can ship over night they hold your money until they feel like it and then ship the order. I do not recommend. I have had some serious issues with them without their accepting responsibility or returning questions.

Bioverse was an easy user experience. Took about 24hrs to approve my prescription. It took a few days for the pharmacy to prepare my order however when it was shipped the medication was packaged very well and was still refrigerated by the time it arrived. The overall price was very comparable to other companies. I would recommend Bioverse needing online prescriptions.
