Wonderful Experience for My Team!
I'll admit that I was apprehensive as we had not used an answering service before, but the team is comprised of very courteous professionals who assisted my team from the ideation stage, all the way through our event. We were able to make changes to the script two days prior to the event, and their team rolled with it and handled our event beautifully. It was very nice to know that was a part of the event we wouldn't have to worry about. Thank you!

This is for the onboarding process Everyone from Andrew (one of the leaders) to Kay (account manager) has been fantastic. They call, email or message when they say will. They've been professional & courteous.
