Hi Sanjay, I apologize for your experience with us. I looked into your order and there was a mix up in the shipping. We drop ship our OEM printer parts and upgrade kits directly from Zebra and apparently they were doing a new upgrade to their systems from Aug. 10-13 when you ordered. While you should not call our customer service team dishonest or clueless, there was a disconnect in the order process that weekend and following days. We did our best to get you your product in a timely manner. The difference in the shipping costs was credited to you. Again, our apologies for your bad experience. This was a very rare occurance. Hi Ken, Sorry to hear of the shipping issues. I checked and we shipped them together at the same time (two boxes, different products) and they went out collect on your UPS account under one tracking code. Not sure why you would be charged double. Please email me at [email protected] with more info if you can. Weber Team

Hi Robert, I'm sorry to hear you had difficulties checking out on Saturday. Unfortunately one of the fraud protections with our shopping cart software looks for people using two different addresses. We get many fraudulent purchases where people use stolen credit cards and try to have the products delivered to their addresses. Our software looks for this and tries to decide on the authenticity of the purchase. If you ever have issues checking out, please give us a call and we can clear it up.
